You’ll be booking directly with the Australian travel agent you registered with. They’ll guide your booking, provide expert advice, and help arrange the rest of your holiday. Virtugo is operated by Your Travel & Cruise Pty Ltd, an Australian‑owned company based in Brisbane since 2003, supported by our national network of home‑based and affiliate agents. We are members of ATIA (A10496), CLIA, and the Magellan Travel Group, and we follow a strict charter covering compliance, commercial safeguards, workforce standards, dispute resolution, and complaints handling.

No, only Australian citizens and residents can book travel at Virtugo.
There are 3 ways to book travel at Virtugo.
A. For cruise lines and some tour operators, you can book online through the website sent to you by your travel agent.
B. You can book outside of the platform with your travel agent up until Friday 30 October 2026.
C. You can meet and discuss with your travel agent in the virtual platform and they can email you an invoice for the travel you want to purchase.
Virtugo has something for everyone. You can login, make your booking, and then go. You can login to watch set presentations or when you have booked appointments or to chat with your consultant. Stay as long as you like!
All will be revealed! Because of the flexibility of the virtual space, we will be offering prizes, offers, and special access to supplier sales components that can’t be done in a physical space. Watch your emails pre-event to find out what will make Virtugo one of a kind!
