Meet the Team
CYNTHIA WILLIAMS
Owner / Travel Manager
Having travelled to Europe for 7 weeks after completing High School, I developed a love of travel many years ago. Since then, I have visited 30 countries, with Europe still being my favourite continent. I have travelled independently and on organised tours, visited many popular destinations and also had many “off the beaten track” experiences. My top three favourite destinations being Austria, Switzerland & Norway.
My travel experiences have included solo adventures, travelling with friends, as a couple with my husband, and also as a family with our now teenage boys.
In more recent years, I have also developed a love of cruising – enjoying cruises with Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Virgin Voyages, P&O Australia, and Carnival Cruises.
Prior to commencing CJ Travel Services in January 2018, my professional background included reservations and revenue management roles for over 12 years in four- and five-star hotels across Sydney.
Travel is my passion, and nothing brings me greater joy than helping clients turn their holiday dreams into reality. I would love the opportunity to help you plan your next unforgettable adventure.

My passion for travel has taken me to 17 countries, including extensive travel throughout Canada, the USA and the Hawaiian Islands, amongst other destinations across Europe, Asia and the Pacific. My two favourite locations are Hawaii – visited 9 times, and Canada with 3 visits.
While I have countless unforgettable travel memories, my top 3 travel experiences include a sightseeing flight over Antarctica, seeing sunrise from the 10,023ft summit of Haleakala in Maui, Hawaii, and touring the Palace of Nations – United Nations Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.
My professional background covers a diverse range of industries including insurance, airlines, manufacturing, logistics, events, and IT, with roles in business analysis, process improvement, and project management.
I look forward to experiencing the joy of travel long into the future, seeing new destinations, learning about other cultures and their history, and marvelling in the natural and man-made beauty our world has to offer. You can experience this same joy of travel too!
